My First Everest Three Pass Trek – A Journey I’ll Never Forget

Blog Article

The Everest three pass trek was the best thing I have ever done. As a first-time trekker in high mountains, I was nervous, but also very excited. This trek took me across three high mountain passes—Kongma La (5,535 m), Cho La (5,420 m), and Renjo La (5,360 m). I also got to visit Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lakes.

I started my walk from Lukla and passed through quiet villages and busy trails. I saw tall snow-covered peaks, clear lakes, and even yaks carrying loads. I walked slowly and took deep breaths because the air got thin as I climbed higher. My guide was helpful and always checked if I felt okay. The hardest day was crossing Cho La pass. It was steep and icy, but the view from the top made me forget how tired I was.

Every day gave me something new to remember. The sky looked closer, the stars were brighter, and the mountains felt alive. I never thought I could complete something this big, but I did. This Everest three-pass trek taught me to keep going, even when things get tough. If you dream of walking in the Himalayas and want more than just Everest Base Camp, this trek is a great choice.
